Little Flower Florals will create just what you want using the materials which you provide. Your costs would be for any additional materials we need (foam, container, filler flowers, tape, and so on) plus a charge of $15 per hour ($7.50 per half hour) labor and design. Most large arrangements can be designed in three hours or less. Medium ones require about two hours of design time and small arrangements generally can be done in an hour or less. You would also be charged shipping and postage.
