May Flowers

May's Flower is the Lily of the Valley, also called May Bells or our Lady's Tears.   They have short bell like blossoms on a short delicate stem. Their colors are white or pink and they are always solid colored.  They season all year round. 

The bloom size is 5-10 mm in diameter.

The Lily-of-the-Valley is said to have been the favorite flower of Queen Victoria.  All parts of the flower are poisonous if ingested.

They are very popular in wedding corsages.
